What exactly does WhaleTracker do?
WhaleTracker monitors crypto wallets belonging to your customers and alerts your VIP team when a significant deposit is made into one of them. It allows you to identify high-value players at the moment they become active and incentivise them to make a deposit before they have time to do something else with the funds.
How does WhaleTracker determine which deposits to notify us about?
You define a minimum threshold – for example $10,000 – and WhaleTracker only sends alerts for deposits that meet or exceed that amount. This keeps notifications focused on meaningful activity.
Does WhaleTracker access any sensitive customer information?
No. WhaleTracker only processes wallet addresses, which are publicly visible blockchain identifiers. No personal data or account details are required.
Does it mean that you get access to all of our customer data?
No – in minimum you only need to share with us the crypto wallet addresses and we can immediately start monitoring them.
Is there a limit to how many wallets we can track?
No practical limit exists. WhaleTracker is built to handle thousands of wallets and large-scale monitoring

You simply create an Excel of Google Sheet file with all the wallet addresses.
How are alerts delivered to our VIP team?
Alerts are pushed directly to a Slack or Teams channel that is specifically set up for the notifications. Each notification includes the wallet address, deposit amount, and timestamp and also your customer metadata – such as their userID. This means that your VIP team can respond immediately.
How quickly are deposits detected?
WhaleTracker monitors activity in near real time. As soon as a wallet receives a qualifying deposit, the system triggers a notification within seconds.
What cryptocurrencies does WhaleTracker support?
At the moment we support Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Tron and BNB.
Could you automate a message or an offering to the VIP without any manual action taken by our team?
Yes – for example we could send an email or a text message to the user with an offering that is calculated based on the amount that they deposited into their wallet.
How secure is the WhaleTracker system??
WhaleTracker only handles public blockchain data and uses encrypted channels for all communication. No private keys or customer identities are ever exposed.
